Full cycle manufacture in Ukraine

Our manufacture facilities are located in Kyiv. Starting from 2003, the total production area has grown to more than 1500 m². We check the quality of all processes: from soldering components to programming Wi-Fi modules.

We use robots for high-quality soldering

Robotization of production increases the accuracy of technological processes and minimizes the influence of human factor. Thanks to robotics integration, we managed to significantly increase the volume of output.

We pour off cases on our own automatic molding machine

This gives us independence from third-party contractors and the ability to control the quality of products. For all terneo cases, we chose combustible plastic V0 — the best according to fire protection requirements.

Own SMD board installation line

It provides fast and meticulously accurate placement of components on the board. Further all boards are heated in a furnace with a temperature up to 270 °C.
